Mariano’s Mexican Restaurant originally opened January 10, 1990 in Lubbock, Texas. Since then the Ximenez Family moved to San Antonio, Texas and opened Marianito’s Extreme Tex-Mex Grill in Winter 2010. The restaurant is still family owned and operated.
